SoCal is an unknown quantity at this point
^Not true. Your grip strength builds more slowly than your back muscles, for obvious reasons. You will be able to lift heavier weight if you allow your grip the time to acclimate to lifting heavy.

Are you guys gripping the bar closer to your palm or the middle of your fingers. Not sure if that makes any sense. You might have to try it to see what I'm talking about. In other words, is your grip tight, or do you the bar dangle somewhat in your fingers. I've never been sure which way to grip. I fluctuate between both.

Use an alternating grip, one hand palm out, one in. Problem solved. At my strongest I could rack pull 550 with no grip issues.

**** just typed such a long post and accidentally hit the "back button".

Yesterday was my first day in the gym since I aggravated my shoulder.

It felt great to be back. Worked out arms, and it felt like I loosened up the tension in my shoulder. Perhaps it was all the stretching.

I ate like a pig on my days off and gained about 6 pounds.

Time to hit it hard this week with cardio.

Also there is a new girl in my gym whom I'd like to sit on my face. Been talking to her lately and found out that she's 5 years older than me. Such a bummer.

Also switched to a new post workout protein. Dymatize ISO-100. delicious and it's 25g of protein per serving (28g). Zero carb. SUPER LIGHT. It's hydrolyzed whey and I swear I feel it being put to use right away.

Myofusion still being used for Casein/Meal Protein.

Also picked up the new Cellucor NO-ZERO Extreme, which I've been told is like a compound formula of C4 and OxyElite combined, without the creatine nitrate that C4 has. My buddy told me he has super-power strength and energy from it; going to try it for the first time today.

Other than that, I have scheduled bloodwork/CBC, and other tests on the 16th. I'm excited/nervous about it. Would like to know if I have any deficiencies, and what my natural test levels look like etc.

I think Myofusion is probs the best tasting protein on the market, and the mixability is pretty damn good; though not as good as the ISO-100 [but Dymatize is way more expensive].

Is it the probiotic or the hydro? hydro they haven't produced in a while now, so if it's hydro then it could be bc its an older batch.

You mixing it with a blend ball or blender? Or just spoon?

Just a spoon.. need to check what kind it is since its way in the back of the cupboard.. I'm pretty happy with ON Hydrowhey.. I like Syntha-6.. but my all time favorite tasting protein is Muscle Milk.. that stuff is insane, although on paper may not be the best..

Big ups for getting bloodwork done. This is something a lot of gym guys never do and is a much better indicator of how you're doing health wise that bodyfat, bench press or running times.

Anyone taking CLA? I started last month and now I'm breaking out (zits) like crazy. Sucks to have to stop because it was working great.
