See but this is the first time my nut has ever hurt.

I'm trying to retrace all my steps from yesterday, and I didn't even do much yesterday other than give blood. For each thing I did, I'm questioning whether or not that was the cause to why my ball hurts.

I ate an entire carton of blueberries yesterday... this afternoon I googled "Can eating too many blueberries cause pain in your testicles"... Surprisingly enough there are a lot of google results that contain blueberries, pain, and testicles together....

I think there are so many variables involved that it's too hard to say what exactly is causing the pain (unless you fell balls first on a guardrail). It probably won't even hurt anymore tomorrow... now if it hurted even more is when I would start thinking of going to the hospital.

Yes. Some seafood is incredibly high in cholesterol, particularly things like lobster. What are you eating?

As for your nether regions, I hope it's ok. I would bet you may just be sore with spinning, lifting, etc. That has happened to me.

Since yesterday my nut hurt, I decided to take it easy.

I walked over to the Crossfit gym that's two blocks away from my condo.

Place was PACKED... a damn zoo. It looked insane... Actually quite a bit scary. People doing snatch's etc... my rotator cuff hurt just watching.

Anyways, prices are INSANE.... How much is crossfit generally? The place by me, if paid upfront, for the cheapest package is $1850/yr if paid upfront. Otherwise its $215/month, plus a once a year fundamentals class for $250 that you must take before starting a class.

Crossfit here is stupid, 180$ a month...

Fish is actually low in cholesterol, red meat is much higher, also what was high your LDL or HDL? Check your butters, eggs and even carb consumption

Fish generally is, but he mentioned "seafood" and certain shellfish are very high in cholesterol (lobster for example). Wasn't quite sure what all he was eating

I eat salmon, tilapia, flounder and cod pretty everyday... on rare occasions (maybe once a month, if even) I'll throw some cod, mahi, seabass, lobster, oysters, clams, mussels.

In sushi I'll have all diff types of tuna, which is maybe once a week...

This may be my problem. I eat 8 egg whites a day? No butter... carbs are brown rice, quinoa, and occasionally whole wheat/multigrain bread. My HDL was 74.
