Haven't posted my Crossfit progress in a while. But one thing significant happened to me. During Tuesday's physical checkup I discovered that in a month's time I managed to go under 160 lbs for the first time since 2006. Currently I'm at 15% body fat at 5'8" and 157 lbs. Quite an accomplishment I'd say.
And at Crossfit yesterday our "Main site WOD" was this:
For time:
1600 meter run, 150 double unders, 50 burpees
800 meter run, 100 double unders, 35 burpees
400 meter run, 50 double unders and 20 burpees
The first time I managed to do that in 21 minutes and 48 seconds which was ahead of the second place finisher by about 2:30.
And then I did something crazy... I did it again..the second time I managed to do it in about 30 minutes. I felt sick to my stomach afterwards so probably wasn't a good idea to do that.
