Why do you hate KBs, I've always thought it was fun to throw around an ergonomic piece of iron. I know they can be a little awkward but that's part of it.

I think because I'm a little bit paranoid about having a big piece of metal over my head thinking that I'd somehow F-k up and drop it on my head. Hasn't happened yet though. Having a bad shoulder doesn't help either.

Anyone have a good recommendation for a post work out protein bar? Ideally to be purchased from GNC.

Most protein bars are complete garbage. They're loaded with unnecessary sugars, which if you're trying to lose weight/gain lean mass, it defeats the purpose.

You're better off with a protein shake. I use Myofusion Probiotic Protein. It's a blend of both Milk and Egg Concentration and isolate; basically a Whey and Casein protein mix, so it's a solid protein to take anytime of the day, opposed to a Casein strictly before bed, and a Whey for the other times throughout the day.

It's absolutely delicious. I mix it straight with water in a blend ball. For breakfast I add half a cup of FiberOne to the protein shake and 1 tablespoon of Almond Butter. Epic.

Yeah, I stick to shakes pwo. Bars are usually a slightly better candy bar.

Ran for the first time since my little road rash incident on my bike today. Everything is just about healed. I'll be back to where I was in no time.

Still need to find time to order some parts from a friend of mine. My rear derailleur is so toast.

At Crossfit our workout was called "Leap Year"

As many total rounds as possible

400M Run
12 pushups
20 air squats
30 double unders

Most averaged 4-5 rounds. I managed to do 10 rounds. I ran as if my life depended on it. Dammit....it burns!!! And this was after a hard day of skiing in some POW POW!
