As hot as they look, when I'm at the gym I'm doing work. I'm not there to stare at chicks.
100%. Drives me nuts. If you don't want to be looked at stop dressing like you want everyone to see your camel toe.

It's a love hate thing for me... I wish my wife was into the gym lol...

Kind of did more like a body building routine today
Bench sets
135x10
165x5
185x5
225x3
245x9 - I got 10 but did t feel like it was a solid rep

Then 5 sets of 10 on upright bench, reverse grip bench, cable cross, fly machine
mine who competes wants to train

It's just a distraction. I'm not there to be distracted you know?

Reverse grip bench is awesome.

I haven't done flat barbell bench in a long time (years). I am repping 275x6 on decline, but that's much easier. I usually do dumbbells for flat, and the highest we have is 100s so all I can do is keep upping the reps past 10.

Did some leg lift pull ups as part of my circuit yes - not the ones where you do a leg lift with each pull up - but you get your legs at a 90˚ to your torso then rep. Ouch

I peak when I need to and ignore it otherwise.

On another note, the next month is going to be tough to remain fit and keep things going while not being able to do a lot of exercises. PT starts thursday. Hoping to be on the shorter half of 6-8weeks.

I think I may have made a mistake. I posted a picture on Facebook saying that I'd do one push-up for every "like" that I receive. So far I'm at 89. At least I said that my cutoff would be 100. I'm of course going to make a video of me doing it!

I used to go to the gym just for that reason... Not anymore. There to throw some iron around
That was not a typical day for me, normally I would do triceps to help my bench. But a buddy of mine wants me to train arms with him... Not sure how much I am going to like a traditional BB work out

20 min intervals this morning, followed by the KB workout. Wow, what a difference there. I did 174 (if I remember right?) last time, this time 125. I just felt drained. I think I might switch to pure cardio/intervals in the morning and save weights for later in the day. I feel so much stronger in the evening.

In the end, I ended up with 117 likes and so I made the attempt to do 117 pushups today at the gym. The last few were pretty much half-assed.
