Yon sorry mate i can't put a %, and my only piece of advice would be to set a target in terms of waist-size in inches and not bodyfat because of the many factors that go in for that!

okay guys personally i've messed up last Friday, was a champ by prepping my food in advance and taking it to an outing with friends at a farm BUT of course once i saw all that junk laying around i couldn't stop popping them pringles the worst thing is that it wasn't worth it haha even the 3 burgers i had weren't worth the effort that i will have to put in now HOWEVER i will make the most of it and set a target of LESS than 84.8kg weigh in by Tuesday (marking the 6th week) and concede to this week as being a 'testing and basing' phase

too bad the cheat meal was unprepared for and not up to cheat meal standards but it is what it is and you make the most of it right
ps: good news is that the highest weigh-in was 87.1 and after ~36hrs since that food (honestly it's allll that sodium and not the carbs from the buns) i am at a respecatble 86.4kg (no gym since that day!) so it shouldn't be hard if i harass the weights and do my stairmasters

Cheat day was fun, had a starbucks breakfast sandwich, a couple king sized chocolate bars, CPK thin crust pizza, teriyaki chicken w/brown rice, 2 snack sized bags of tims jalepeno chips, a couple of beers and for my last meal I cooked some salmon.

175.6, dropping a bit quicker than I want so I'm going to re-introduce some complex carbs after workouts.

El, you are absolutely right!! wow, the energy levels today were mad today granted, i've been sleeping like a baby all day yesterday and rested, but damn those sat fats, carbs, and salt really did fill my cells up good!! finished my delts workout without any sign of fatigue

weigh in pwo? 84.9!!!! WHAT, and then i reweighed with a 'heavier' step and got 85.2 .. it's such a boost to know i can ooze out all the water if i really worked myself for a sweat
really REALLY happy with that; but like i said too bad the cheats weren't worth it .. pringles and frozen up burgers?
new goal is set: aiming for the 83s by the 6th week this Tuesday
could easily achieve that if i stick to my trusty chicken, tuna, turkey, and fruit

She loves it, she keeps telling me not to lose to much and to work on "getting bigger boobs". But of a language barrier there but she wants pecs.

Also my cutting has made it a lot easier for her to eat right. She's given up bread at this point. None in the house.

UPDATE:

Tough Mudder.....COMPLETE!!! I feel amazing right now fellas. Just did the PA Tough Mudder today and ROCKED it. Never ever did i think i would or could do something like that in my life. Not only did i do it but i finished in a really good (so im told) time too. 3 Hours and 19 minutes. Didnt skip pass one obstacle and ran "most" of the way (steep hills and toward the end when i was running out of gas i walked a little).

Total Calories burned during the event - 2,979

Trained for 6 months for this - dropped 20+ pounds and got my longest run ever up to 10 miles (and did that multiple times actually). Previous longest run was 7 miles.

Would love to hear the stories from you all who have done it?!!!!

WOOO HOOO!!!!!

Nice work!

Next time someone tells you something is crazy or impossible, remember that you did this and all it takes is deciding, committing and putting in your work consistently.

What's up next?
