Izzone has ihis transmission replaced under warranty.
Porsche seems to know the issue.

If mine still does it next time at the track, it is going in..

I don't think it is specific to RS variant. My narrow GT3 does the same thing. It does have the RS flywheel though. Do you think it is bad to force it out of first?

Peter: Have you and/or Izzone upgraded to Cup cables? Doubt it would address this issue but I'm just curious. Related: I find the 2-3 shift can get difficult towards the end of hot lap sessions.

Drove a gen2 gt3rs on track using all the gears, I didn't experience these problems?

Only hard to shift when cold, which I found on my gen1 gt3

PorscheGT3RS is an unknown quantity at this point
I wanted to bring up this topic again. I had been having issues with the clutch/transmission (still not sure which one is the problem). Driving around town, the car shifts fine. On long drives, the car is very difficult to get out of gear into neutral. Dealer replaced the clutch and pressure plate at 2,000 miles. Car now has 3,000 miles on it and the issue still exists. The car has been to the dealer 4-5 times. The have bled the clutch, changed the tranny fluid 3 times, etc... This issue is starting to become very frustrating!!! Should not be happening on a car like this with 3,000 miles on it! Has anyone else experienced this issue since I last brought it up?

Not that I have ever driven a GT3 or RS but my 06' C2S would never have any issues like this and I would drive the shit out of it for literally hours almost every weekend. I hope it gets fixed that is a beauty.
