^^ Nice DJ. Carbon hood.

I don't think Porsche is trying to get as much money as possible out of it, I just think they're trying to keep it exciting. All standard production 997's are out, we have one 997 ltd out, and we're now waiting on two more. The Speedster and GT3 RSR [?].

Special editions are not a problem. They are just for excitement. Standard production vehicles are the $$$ pot. Although I don't think Porsche made the Spyder and GTS standard production models for $$$. Okay, well maybe the Spyder. I can't wait for a Panamera/Cayenne/Cayman GTS!

Oh really? I am pretty sure their department that comes up with new model designations and emblems employ more people than the ones actually scouring the 997 part shelves putting together whatever it is they designed an emblem for next . . .

Glenn Mc nice video. Now a couple of things.
You have a 997.2 GT3RS correct?
This blue .2 RS out pulled you in the straights therefore would imply it had more power. Yet you certainly out drove him because on braking and corners you would reel him in. Even to the point causing this blue RS to drive beyond his abilities when you were breathing on his bumper.
Bottomline this car had more power and you had more driving skills.
Just an observation.

Unless you admit who or what your sources are I highly doubt this. If Porsche built this car it would anger quite a few RS owners out there.

feel free to doubt I wish it was not true, because I am sure it will not help the long term value of my incoming GT2RS..

Porsche is surely milking the 997 platform for all its worth...

997 (cab/coupe), 997 S (cab/coupe), 997 4S (cab/coupe), Turbo (cab/coupe), Turbo S (cab/coupe), Speedster, GTS, Sport Classic, GT3, GT3 RS, GT3 RS (LE?), GT2, GT2 RS...

OH BOY!

All points to the old "$" sign...
