Running Direzza Star Specs now, I think they're Z rated. But I picked up some h-rated Sumitomos to mount on the 'weaves. It'll be period-correct now and more fun on the street, even if it's slower.

Now all it needs is a brake job and a LOT of bodywork.

At some point I am going to have no choice but convert to 5 lug 15" E30 M3 wheels since there's no one selling good tires in 14" any more. The ES100 was the last one, and they are retired.

I love my E30 though, you just can't get that kind of driving experience with modern car, not even the 996 GT2.

There are some good 15 and 17" wheels in the 4 lug pattern, you don't have to convert. The D Force wheels I'm running are great wheels, only 13lbs. You could also go for the 15" "Euroweaves" / IX basketweaves which will fit a decent 205/50-15 in the standard lug pattern. The LeMons car I run has 17" wheels, don't know what kind, but 225/40 is a lot of tire for a 2800lb car.

That's right, I kept forgetting the Euro Weaves. Man, dealing with staggering amount of paperwork for a small condo loan is like a full time job.
