SoCal is an unknown quantity at this point
I am sure you guys heard that they dropped the "Taliban" from the entire game. Now they are just called the opposing force.

I think it's weak. It's the ****ING Taliban - call them the Taliban. Next they'll change the ops in the game from GWOT to "Ongoing Overseas Operations". And you won't be able to play Medal of Honor, because you only get it if you're killed first (though there has been ONE exception since Vietnam).

I am all for it being the Taliban myself. That is what they are, and I would have much more fun killing OPFOR in the game knowing they were Taliban. Just sayin'... I am soooo looking forward to playing this game. Yeahhhaaaahhh!

Maybe someone can clarify this for me, but I'm a little disturbed... Checking the PS store tonight, I noticed an item for Medal of Honor called "Online Pass". It costs $9.99 and says it will allow online play, DLC, etc. So does this mean MoH requires another $10 to play online??? I'm not too broke to pay $10, but that seems like a kick in the nuts for a game I'll spend $60 for, expecting a fully-featured experience. Anyone know if this is the case?

Some quick digging and it looks like if you buy the game new you will have a code that gets you all of that. This seems to be a way to earn revenue against the used game market where people are buying used copies, or I would imagine the GameFly service too. I know I put it in our queue to rent it like thousands of others have.

First I've hear of it, and I really hope this is not true. Not that I won't pay for it, but seems they are taking advantage of the situation. I've already pre-ordered the game, and agree it would be like a kick in the balls.

on a side note, I m trying to see how far I can get (level wise) in MW2 this week before next tuesday.

If it's for resold or GameFly, I could see why they'd do it. If they bone people who purchase the game new, that's bad juju. I got nervous because the rumor has been the next COD would do precisely that (thank you, dickhead Bobby Kotick).

I'm surprised you're not buying this one....
