That's bullcrap. Of course, some times the bad guys stay in one spot, but there are many instances where they flank you, come from above, come from multiple directions, etc. Keep in mind 95% of this game is based in the rugged mountains of Afghanistan, so there are tons of place where fire is coming from high/low/far/near/etc. Trust me - if you like these kinds of games, you'll like this (the caveat extends to single-player only).

Also, if you're a gun geek, you'll like the weapons they offer. Plus you can select between full-auto and semi-auto, different thermal options on the sniper scope, etc.

One piece of trivia for you guys: There are two advanced force operations (AFO) units in the game. One is Neptune, the other is Wolfpack. Based on certain things they say, the pistols they carry, etc. it's easy to determine which Tier 1 unit they're based on. Also, if you've read "Kill Bin Laden", they should sound VERY familiar... Rep to whomever figures out the two AFO units.

Winner. It's the kind of attention to detail that I like. D-boys have Glocks, SEALs have SIGs. The game discriminates between the two...

 

The part of with the goat herders reminded me of "lone Survivor".

 

How far along are you? I've played more MP - it's all right, but I think COD will be better.

 

I have to say, I much prefer my Glock to a Sig... Not on the game.
