^ The CCX and superveloce racked up 4M euros in traffic fines?!?! That's just rediculous, I didn't even know those 2 cars were clamped in front of Harrods last year... I only saw videos of the two cars being driven around. The 599 driver is getting some serious attention, I wonder if local police will be cracking down extra hard this summer.

I thought the 599 has diplomatic license plates. Am I wrong ?

He has Iraqi plates. If they were diplomatic then he would be given UK diplomatic plates.

And it doesn't give you a licence to speed, though.

It does sometimes.. I used to be a private chauffeur in the weekends when I was a student.

It's not 100% legal, but tolerated when there are important meetings or stuff like that.
