Yeah, doesn't seem like his driving was too dangerous. After seeing the 458 Allan posted, pretty much everything seems boring.

Thing is, as someone else said - densely populated areas - drivers need to take it easy. What if he suffered a puncture or just lost control, he could have ended up going through a building or mounting the side-walk where you could easily see 100 pedestrians injured or even killed.

Also if you notice at 0:11, the Mini brakes at a pedestrian "zebra" crossing - he may have braked there to let pedestrians cross as they have the right of way to cross there. And what if a family with their children in strollers had been crossing at that moment and the Ferrari came zooming by. Would not have been a pretty site.

No matter what anyone says, that is without a shadow of a doubt reckless endangerment and deserves punishment before someone actually does get killed.

Haha, zebra crossing there too! Look at the reaction of the couple. And what was that guy in black doing????

Also, can someone explain what happened the first time he launched?

Hahahaha!

Oh well so what man; if he gets caught it's gonna hurt so bad... (fines/ban/etc.) - but I don't think he's gonna hit anybody.

They won't be ''forced'' to buy a ''UK car'' - that is nonsense; but what they will enforce much more strongly is when you come into the UK you must be given a temporary UK plate. E.g. if your car is coming from Qatar, it will follow a format like ### Q ###. This will ease finding the owner/details for fines etc.

After 6 months stay, they must register their car and convert to UK plates etc.

Although its nice to see all these super and hypercars around, they overdid it with their crazy driving and revving like crazy in residential areas and kids riding on those Bicycle Rickshaw taxi things playing jalsaat on the loud speaker -- I was like daaang no wonder many westerners think we're primitive! lool.

On another note, should do a TS London shisha gathering when we're all there!
Mamounia shisha gathering it is, bros

When I shipped my car over to the UK back in the college days, I was able to drive it with Bahraini plates for a maximum of one year. I then had to transfer registration to UK plates.

The only way around this was to drive over to France and back. I never understood this. Why couldn't they link my registration to my student visa?

One thing they did back then was put stickers on my headlights to avoid blinding drivers from oncoming traffic. Something I dont see these days ( unless they are done electronically now )

Another thing I don't get is... how do these cars with foreign (arabic ) plates get identified for congestion charges?

My apologies, everybody who comes to UK for a temporary visit with non-identifiable script (like you said, Arabic) has to get these Q registration plates (Q doesn't mean Qatar)... This is so ANPR (automatic number-plate recognition cameras) can recognize these plates, so you can pay congestion charge etc. and also for policing matters...

BRN9121, I read there that you could have been exempt if you had education related stuff.

Thanks for the info, things have definitely changed now! However, I don't think any of our Middle Eastern boys follow the Q plate law! LOL

Right, this video shows the 599 being driven in many different situations:

YouTube - ‪1000bhp Turqoise 599 goes crazy around London!‬‏

Excuse my language, but this guy is a f**king idiot, and is going to kill someone soon. That was Sloane Street he was touching three figures on, and that is a VERY densely pedestrian area.

There are a couple of moments in that video where he goes past someone crossing the road at ridiculous speeds.

This guys needs to be banned form driving in the UK. He's NOT above the law, and I don't care if he is just driving like he does at home - he's in the UK now, and he needs to respect our laws.

I'm one of the biggest performance car nuts you'll ever meet, but this makes my blood boil.
