Firstly LABrit, thanks for putting in the time and effort to check this whole thing out. If this all comes together I can only think of one word that would describe it and that is epic 
Same thing with me here, dont think im going to be able to afford renting a car/insurance etc but if we chip in together perhaps we can work something out.
LABrit why dont you start a second list of the younger guys who are keen but will need to share etc, so we can start seeing the possibilities. Also if its not too much trouble would you be able to find out how much those insurance premiums would increase for us younger guys
Otherwise I will just ride shotgun with whoever has the best car

In Europe there enough rental companies which rent out cars to younger people
the luxury cars commonly require a minimum age of 25 and 2 credit cards.
But Sixt for example has some real nice and affordable offers throughout the year.
Avis has a fleet of Porsches for rent and MAHAG offers Porsches and Audi S-cars.
but I think driving along with another person in the passenger seat is more fun anyway..so I guess that won`t be an issue
