CQuartz - Any experience?

Does anyone have any experience with CQuartz?

They claim it provides a durable finish that lasts 1-2 years eliminating need for frequent waxing (Carnauba doesn't last long in Miami).

Apparently it also increases scratch resistant, reducing need for frequent paint correction on black cars.

Has anyone validated these claims?

I have read alot about it. Seems legit, though need lots of surface prep. No exactly straight foward to apply either. I bought some when it was released but have not been able to use it, because severe water restrictions mean I cant correct my car.

all coatings will help in durability for sure but they will not be the end all.

We have been using Aquartz and Opti Coat at the shop with great results.

Take a look

Lexus - Aquartz

Audi - Coating
Audi - Aquartz
BMW - Opti Coat

These coatings are great on new cars a lot less prep work. Definitely involved if the car needs polishing.
