What is deal with Sand Yellow?

The Cayenne TT is a wicked truck but like others have said, yellow is a bit too "out there" for most people. I don't think I've ever seen a Cayenne that wasn't some shade of black, silver or dark blue.

The SY for the sports cars versus the sand yellow is very different. One should have the attitude like Savvy boy does with regards to HIS Sand Yellow CTT; "fvck it. It's mine, and I love it. Who the hell cares about anyone else!" (not a direct quote but more or less what Pete thinks.)
Buy it for YOU and screw everyone else.

For the life of me, can't figure out why that "handle" is on the driver's side of the center console. Symmetry as an aesthetic is part of a grand design, but functionally .... ?
That yellow with the wheel & tire combo just doesn't cut it for me on such a desirable SUV.
