What is deal with Sand Yellow?

The SY for the sports cars versus the sand yellow is very different. One should have the attitude like Savvy boy does with regards to HIS Sand Yellow CTT; "fvck it. It's mine, and I love it. Who the hell cares about anyone else!" (not a direct quote but more or less what Pete thinks.)
Buy it for YOU and screw everyone else.

For the life of me, can't figure out why that "handle" is on the driver's side of the center console. Symmetry as an aesthetic is part of a grand design, but functionally .... ?
That yellow with the wheel & tire combo just doesn't cut it for me on such a desirable SUV.
