Another SharkWerks RS350 Cayman S Project with TechArt GT Sport Aerokit

This black 2007 Cayman S came into us for a complete make-over including the SharkWerks RS350 performance package, the SharkWerks Light-weight flywheel conversion, TechArt lowering springs and the very-aggressive TechArt GT Sport Aerokit.

In she comes for surgery:

The first step is the EVOMS V-Flow intake unit which is installed with the engine cover removed:

Out comes the factory plenum and throttle body:

On goes the IPD Competition Plenum kit and larger throttle body:

The all-important EVOMSit tuning is calibrated for 91-octane:

The front bumper cover is removed along with the radiator ducts and shrouds:

The TechArt GT Sport bumper prior to paint and the vent being cut out:

The TechArt LED Day-time running lights and controllers are installed:

From the back:

New shrouds/ducts installed:

Rear TechArt Type 1 wing is installed. Diagnostic tools are then used to disable the factory wing mechanism and then it's coded to a fixed wing.

The TechArt side skirt kit is also installed to finish off the exterior:

Out come the factory springs:

The TechArt lowering spring kit is installed to lower the ride height by 20mm:

The transmission is removed and the single-mass flywheel (reduces weight by 50%) is installed in favor of the factory dual-mass unit:

Finally the Tubi exhaust is installed:

All finished and ready for a test drive:

I'm not much for the TechArt front ends either, but absolutely a fan of the SharkWerks efforts!
