Arrow Sharkafied Cayman S - Full TechArt GT Sport Conversion with RS350

This silver 2008 Cayman S originally came in for our full RS350 performance kit along with an EVO short shifter and SharkWerks lightweight flywheel set up. For an encore we also installed the full TechArt GT Sport aerokit and 19 inch TechArt Formula GTS wheels. We have installed many TechArt bolt-on body upgrades, but a complete GT Sport conversion like this is a pretty rare series of upgrades. TechArt lowered the price on the kit and it now includes the ultra bright LED daytime running lights standard.

First to begin with the performance upgrade, we remove the transmission in preparation for the SharkWerks light weight flywheel kit, which cuts the rotating mass by 50%!

SharkWerks light weight flywheel kit installed for improved acceleration:

With the interior and engine cover removed the EVO V-flow intake and IPD Competition plenum gets installed along with the larger diameter GT3 throttle body as part of our RS350 kit:

Now she's ready for the EVOMSit software:

The Remus exhaust was also installed:

Over to the TechArt GT Sport aerokit.. First thing is to remove the bumper and install the LED Daytime running light controllers. The TechArt front bumper kit also includes a new set of radiator shrouds:

Before installing the front bumper James found an itzy bitsy spider that was living inside the factory light washers!

On goes the TechArt front bumper along with the LED daytime running lights (with black background):

We also removed the intake ducts and side mirrors and painted them gloss-black:

And the mirrors:

On go the TechArt sideskirts:

Over to the rear now... The hatch has to be disassembled with the weights removed:

On goes the base of the TechArt tail along with the uprights (which we painted black as well):

Finally the tail/blade itself is secured (it's adjustable) in place:

There she is outside with the LED daytime running lights that replace the round fog lights:

A video of the daytime running lights (on a 997 Turbo):

Look closely and you'll see that TechArt badge, which we only install on full TechArt conversions:

The TechArt Formula GTS 19 inch wheels were also installed:

I love that wing! The front bumper looks great with blacked out bits and LEDs.

As others mentioned, it really needs a drop ASAP!
