The car sounds great Ron! Have you had any issues running no cats? I'm picking up a Gallardo in the next month and am trying to figure out what exhaust setup to put on the car.

 

Ron, car looks and sounds wicked! Did you run with the GTR's? How did your times compare?

Thanks! No issues running w/o cats. It is very loud on cold start-up but once the valves open up (about 15 seconds) it's a nice rumble. Inside the car, at cruising speed it sounds very good no drone. I highly, highly recommend the LOC exhaust. Good luck and congrats on the new Gallardo.

Thanks Peter. There was one GT-R in the Solo group and he is very fast. His car has about 600+ hp and has some experience at this track. He was consistently in in the low 1:39 times vs. my low of 1:42. The GT-R is very impressive.

No, his name is Paul. Great guy. Sharif tuned and Forged prepped.

Sharif turned in a 1:32 in his 996GT3. He's very fast. He did a 1:22 in my car at Roebling first time driving it.

 

Yea, he is a GREAT guy......he sponsors the TX2K event and was set to finish 1st at the TX2K11 Time Attack Event...

Ron your SL sounds insane. That "fly-by" video was without a doubt a true F1 sound for a street car. Never heard it like this.
