Track Day Arrives at Road Atlanta

Skip Barber Racing School will host a track day at Road Atlanta on Monday, April 25, 2011. After a successful test last year, this trial program allows you to bring your own car on the historic road course. This one day program provides corner observation and quality feedback from Skip Barber Racing School's seasoned instructors. Available for just $499, your day includes:

- Arrival, van rides around track and mandatory drivers meeting
- (3) 30 minute open lapping sessions
- Immediate feedback from corner instructors
- Skid-pad and Lead Follow sessions throughout the day
- Bonus 30 minute open lapping session (maximum 40 cars at a time)

Helix in-Car Camera will offer photography and video with data acquisition, available for purchase during each of your three 30-minute sessions. Try other racing and control exercises in your car or drive ours:

- Skid-Pad: 20 minute session in your car for $75 pre-registered - $100 at track
- Skid Pad 20 minute sessions in our car $150 pre-registered - $200 at track
- Lead Follow (private 30 minute) for $250 pre-registered - $300 at track.

**Advanced and Expert groups only. Participants must be at least 21 years of age and pre-qualified by one of our School and Series Advisors. A tech inspection by a certified mechanic is mandatory within 7 days of the event. Safety inspections will be done at the track by RS Motorwerks. Track prepared vehicles will be accepted.

How much is it for non team speeders and will you guys have anymore days after the April event

That would be nice or I could try and get some folks together to come up and do Watkins glen one weekend

 

Right now this is the only program on the schedule. It's the second test in the company's history for track days and the price is the same for everyone.
However, we have a special place in our hearts for Teamspeed gents (obviously) and we will save up to 5 complimentary sessions on the skid pad, one for each member.
