What about placing some small electric fans under the black mesh panels over the engine compartment in the back? They'd be completely invisible from the outside of the car and could easily be taken off if need be. Wouldn't this have the same effect as the proposed scoop? With a fan pulling air in, it might also create a little more downforce.

The fan under the black mesh panels is a nice idea, I have already seen that on a Bowler, but I will lost some power to feed this fan, I know I will lost some power too with scoop.
So if you are another idea to refresh engine and intercooler

The intercooler is near the right wheel, but I will change this one, because it's too small for a turbo garett GT28RS. And I think change the big exhaust system 
. but I don't chosse really it isn't my car, so I propose solutions
To jox : It's a toy, but really hard to mods, and the conception isn't really thoughtful, the turbo can't breath
