RENNtech's R1 package for the Mercedes AMG GT-S features a host of performance enhancing products which take AMG’s hottest coupe to the next level. RENNtech's ECU tune increases output from the already potent 4.0L V8 BiTurbo M178 AMG engine allowing for an additional +65 HP and +110 LB-FT over stock performance numbers with the tune alone!

Coupled with the ECU tune, RENNtech's R1 package acts to improve intake and exhaust gas flow to maximize engine performance output. Incoming air flow is channeled through high flow sport air filters which improve performance across the entire RPM range. On the exhaust side, RENNtech's ceramic coated stainless steel down tubes featuring high flow, 200 cell sport catalytic converters are utilized. The custom designed exhaust tubing maximizes turbine performance, improves exhaust gas flow and combats engine compartment temperatures.

The R1 performance package for the GT-S increases performance to an incredible combined peak output of 611 hp and 620 lb/ft all without sacrificing daily driver comfort or reliability.
