The M5 is a gentleman's racer, a wolf in a sheep's clothing but this is a boy racer, a pimp in a gold suit. So, which do you want to be seen in?

Both. The BS to unleash on the track and the M5 as transportation to the track.

if the older model is any indication I would saw between 100k-130k depending on dealer markup.

The number coming to the US on this car are gonna be small. I think smaller then the previous gen clk63 black series.

And this is subjective, and I know the new m5 is a great car but I finding the styling far to subtle.

I think it looks to close to a 550i with M sport package.

This car is a true racer, there a huge difference between this car, and a nice uber german saloon like the m5

^ Didn't claim to be an expert, I guess it depends on your time frame if you were serious about buying one. I was just trying to state that if you wanted to buy one for what might be considered significant depreciation you might have to wait a while, but your clearly the expert so I am not needed here.
