So is the update good now? I'm waiting until I hear some positive feedback.

It'll be dead, unsupported, and forgotten very soon. It's just like every other windows mobile product.

I haven't had any problems, and neither have the vast majority of people. But with every update there are a small group of people that have problems.

Since the update, I've had this weird problem where I cannot hear anyone, nor can they hear me, when they call me.

I can make outgoing calls fine... and if I answer the phone immediately when someone calls me, it works about 25% of the time; yet if someone calls me and it rings more than once.. just silence.

Driving me insane all day.

it's a genuinely good OS. I'm even looking forward to Windows 8.

It's always a good idea to wait a few days after the update becomes available to actually update. Let others be the guinea pigs first.
