First time Apple Fvcks up an update

I'd gladly make a friendly wager on it with you. If you're down for college student budget betting, send me a PM hah.
It genuinely looks nice and functional. But at the same time, microsoft has tried numerous times to break into this market when it was not nearly as heavily dominated by iOS and android, but they couldn't make it happen. I don't see it happening now. The support of the android and iOS app stores alone is enough to push out any other competitors. No one wants to develop for a small platform, basically killing it before it had a chance.

Interesting article there I think.
Microsoft proved its inability to create a media device that plays nice with any well established ecosystem with the Zune failure. Apple has this closed source market absolutely cornered, no one has come close to building something that could topple the worlds largest music store, largest app store, and most compatible and problem free devices available. Google has the open source end of the market cornered with Android, as its marketshare spans well beyond phones. You should also consider the peripherals market, of which Apple's devices are the only ones that are actually catered to (good luck finding a car stereo that works with even an android device, let alone windows phone).
This is the same phenomenon as Google+, the initial uptake was huge and instantaneous, but now it has slowed and the platform is basically stagnant just waiting for Google to close the doors on a social networking site once again. Microsoft will suffer the same fate with Windows Phone.

LOL at Windows Mobile. What exactly do they intend to gain market share on? Ease of use? LOL. Compatibility? LOL. What's considered hip and trendy among the young? LOL. Quality? LOL. Safety? OMG LOLZ.
Every single thing Microsoft has ever done has been absolute shit. It. Just. Won't. Happen.

You're just an iJunkie Jox.
Nothing prevents Microsoft from grabbing market share. They have a great mobile UI that is very easy to write apps for, a high quality hardware partner (Nok), very deep pockets, and are still dominant in the PC area and the corporate world. Carriers and QCOM pushing in the same direction as well. We shall see.

You guys have a very short memory. Who thought AAPL would survive when they sucked a few years back? MSFT had to dump some cash in them to fend off monopoly issues lol. Nothing remains the same forever gents.
