Could not come to a resolution with this dealer after many reasonable attempts. I cannot comment further as this is now pending litigation.

Lujack is a big group, and I can't fathom they would risk consequences of this over a tire. That service manager is not too bright.

Check your state's laws regarding the implied warranty of merchantability and quality. That may be your best bet. It may allow you to return the car for a full refund plus any damages you sufferred because of the incident.

Also, read your sales contract carefully to be sure that they did not disclaim any implied warranties and that they did not place the risk of damage on you.

Good luck with this brother. You have done the right thing by going to an attorney.

penrose911 is an unknown quantity at this point
Lujack's

In response to the message posted by user taylorcoleman, Lujack's has never done business with this person. He made an inquiry on the 2009 Porsche 911 C2S, which we offered for sale on the internet. He had a dealer in Indianapolis purchase the car from Lujack's at a substainsal price reduction to resell it to him. If he has a complaint with the car or how it was represented, he needs to take it up with the company that sold him the vehicle.

Let's not let this turn into a battle of wills here guys.

We appreciate all input here at TS and - frankly - how can anyone possibly know who to believe in this situation.

I suggest that both parties get together and discuss this behind the scenes.

Fighting it out here in public can only end badly.

Thanks!
