cuz i never had a problem with porsche not being in the game cuz u could take a RUF around the track.. porsche wasnt mentioned with all the other manufacturers when the details of the game were released, but if im not mistaken, RUF is still there so for me i have no issue at all...

Porsche did release "Porsche Need for Speed Underground" go they may be under contract to the Need for Speed franchise.

My understanding is that EA holds the liscence rights to Porsche. This was well before NFS: Porsche unleashed. Turn 10 was able to 'lease' the liscencing rights to Porsche and thus is in Forza 3. PD has not. Likely PD does not want to pay EA money. Likely the same thing applies to ferrari and lambo. PD was able to get ferrari for the PSP. At the end, I am sure MS was able to help turn 10, and likely Sony is not helping PD. Its all about money.....
