So disappointed, what's wrong with Porsche???
 

Who here is looking forward to to the next Gran Turismo on the Playstation 3? It's arguably the best driving simulator / game in the market. All car makers including Lamborghini, Bugatti, Aston Martin, and Ferrari have granted Gran Turismo the licensing to use their vehicles in the game, which was just announced recently. Porsche allowed licensing with Forza for the X-Box, so what's the deal with Gran Turismo 5?

I'm so disappointed in Porsche. Not that it's going to really change anyone's life or Porsche's reputation overall, but come on...it's a game. Is Porsche afraid that Gran Turismo will underperform their cars in the game compared to the other cars?

Is there anyway to petition Porsche to consider licensing their name in Gran Turismo 5?

Well, play Forza 3 where you can modify them with real parts. Not to mention it's going to own GT5.

Want to give reasons why? Face it, if it weren't for GT, there wouldn't be a Forza.

The whole Xbox 360 > PS3 thing is lame. I hate Microsoft, their "support", etc. I would play Forza if it were on PS3, but since it's not...

As for GT5, there has to be a reason Porsche isn't playing ball. I know that Ferrari was excluded before because their licensing costs were exorbitant. Either way, I'm going to love GT5. Good thing Ruf is in there.

Don't get me wrong... I love to track the ride, but when I'm not at the track it's nice to "simulate" driving with the PS3 driver's seat and steering wheel on GT5.

The discussion really isn't about X-Box vs. PS3 or Forza vs. Gran Turismo, it's really about Porsche? I love my cars, but what the hell is wrong with the people up there? Is it that big a deal to allow licensing? GT5 has practically EVERYBODY on board, EXCEPT Porsche...how lame.

LOL. PS3 is better in every way except online play.

Did you forget the PS3 won the high def. war?
