Thanks for the insightful reply. From your pictures the island looks a bit like a mix between Wales and Scotland wich are a joy to drive through. Only with speedlimits.

 

The locals drove normally, with a few exceptions of crazy guys in hot hatchbacks on the mountain. Those there for the fun drove well from what i witnessed. We tried to respect the rules of the road and the locals, but we did get spoken to by the local police because of a few complaints. I blame the lambos, they sound like they are doing 150 at 50mph, and none car people tend to resent owners.
