HREs peeling!

Yeh thanks; certainly an option I will explore. They are not too keen about touching non-OEM wheels though as I have issues with them before replacing worn tyres there.

You might find a decent shop you trust nearby and pay them a storage fee while it's being handled. I know a lot of shops around here in the US are willing to do that for customers (though our local Porsche Center are a bunch of wankers...). Best of luck - I'm curious to hear how this issue is resolved (and which finish you decide on).

Thanks. Available finishes can be seen here:
P40 | HRE Performance Wheels
Although I am not allowed anything brushed or clear coated.
Other than the black with brushed face, I haven't seen anything that suites Arctic Silver as well as my current finish (Silver Gloss).

UPDATE: HRE MD Alex has been really going out his way to accommodate me on this issue. HRE are perfectly willing to re-finish my current wheels under warranty, or, do me a fantastic deal on a new set (with different finish) and trade in my old ones. So as I am having major headaches finding a way of removing wheels from my Porsche and then storage for a couple of weeks, I have decided to take Alex up on his very generous offer. Should take 2-3 weeks but I am now ordering a new set of 19" P40 finished in charcoal gloss with a brushed face. Pictures to follow

They are indeed very classy - but I have often wished the interior of the wheel was not silver as I think it detracts from the beautiful flowing lines of the spokes.
So I have hoping a charcoal interior will still have the same class with even more striking looks.

No, as I said to Alex this morning, I find the new P40S drop centers too pronounced - spoils the flowing lines of the spokes.
The P40S drop center though has the technical advantage in that it allows really big brakes like 8-piston on 19" and so on. They are also 1kg lighter per wheel.
Personal preference...
