Dealer sold me salvaged turbo no disclosure

I have been in the car business for 12 years and you HAVE TO disclose Salvage! No if and or butts. Paint work is one thing but salvage is completly different. Most states have a form you must sign before delivery stating you know the car has salvage history. Sorry to here about that my friend. That dealer is 100% responsible and is going to end up giving your money back unless they made you sign something stating salvage and you were not aware of what it was.

My business partner and I had a similar issue with a used 996 GT2 that we leased. We were happy to work out an amicable solution, but the finance manager of the dealership at the time was the biggest a**hole on earth and basically called us liars. We nearly had a fist fight in his office. The first thing we did was drove the car to their lot and left it there. We sued Beverly Hills Porsche and Porsche North America and ended up settling for basically everything we had put into the car (the total of our lease payments paid, downpayment, modification $).

just by looking at the pictures I can see body panels not aligning properly. If you want a non confrontation resolution this is what you should do: Have people all over the states to call the dealer and ask if the car is still available or if they can find them a car like that.
That will create the illusion of demand for that car. Then ask your dealer to buy the car back, drop a couple of $1000's for what you paid to make the deal more juicy to him. Once he agrees, get the money, cash the check and run. He'll now will try to call back the ghost prospect customers for the car. Done.

This Turbo has only been driven 2670 miles in the past thirteen years! It was special ordered in “paint to match” Polar Silver, with FULL black leather interior, sunroof, and “werks” center console.The first owner kept the car for three years driving it a little over 800 miles a year. He only drove it for pleasure, never in bad weather, always kept it garaged, and had all the scheduled service performed. Because of its great condition and exceptionally low miles the second owner purchased the car for his private collection with the intention of keeping the car just as it was and not adding any more miles. It has only been driven 500 in the past year and is in NEW condition.
993 Turbo Background
The 993 Turbo featured a new turbocharged engine displacing 3.6 liters. Twin turbochargers and air-to-air intercoolers, electronic engine management, redesigned cylinder heads and other modified engine internals. The electronic engine management helped the Turbo to achieve fuel efficiency far superior to any of the previous production Turbos. In connection with two catalytic converters and an on-board-diagnostics-system including four oxygen-sensors, it also made the 993 Turbo the cleanest. The Turbo's bodywork differs from the Carrera body by widened rear wheel arches (approximately 6 cm), redesigned front and rear bumpers, and a fixed rear wing housing the intercoolers. New 18-inch alloy wheels with weight-reducing hollow spokes were fitted. One of the changes in the 993 over preceding 911s is the implementation of an all-alloy multi-arm rear suspension attached to an all-alloy subframe creating the best handling Porsche to date.
The 993 turbo was the fastest production car in the world when it was produced as well as the fastest stopping; 0-60mph in 3.9 seconds, and stopping from 60 mph (97 km/h) to 0 in 2.3 seconds! 3741 cars were produced in 1996 with only 1357 imported to the US and Canada.
