Dealer sold me salvaged turbo no disclosure

if all that is true
this guy deserves to get his dealerships name published on the web
considering the trial :
this sucks
as well as the fact that he might not even be obliged to run carfax before selling it to someone else

The car changed hands 1 time before this dealer bought it and because of some DMV issues ended up with a clean title before this dealer acquired it

Sorry to hear of all the troubles. The car was clearly misrepresented and you should not hold back on the legal action, including having your legal expenses reimbursed.
A brief google search reveals the dealer name in question (please don't post it here per the thread starters wishes), and it's disturbing that such a well known name would be willing to tarnish their reputation with these actions.

It seems like the original poster does not want the dealer mentioned in this thread, please edit your post to remove the link. Anybody who wants to can find it for themselvs with a simple google search.

I do, however, have to wonder about the credibility of an OP who posts the exact same thread at multiple forums (it's at Ferrari Chat, 6Speed, here and elsewhere per a google search). What could he possibly hope to gain from doing that?
