I dont know about the guy driving off and if he can or cannot BUT the officer is full of it!!! Being around different tracks, pits and rally courses I have had cars drive over my foot (more than I care to remember)... unless the ankle was forced there is no why the driver cause that limp

Yeah and if he really really drove over the cop's foot enough to injure it like that, the cop wouldn't have just innocently pulled it out from under the tire. He's definitely dramatizing.

The guy was wrong. But the cop was wrong...er.

honestly the db deserved it. i see so may a$$holes park illegally. if you get caught, man up and take ur ticket. i hope he gets charged with assault.

And he probably will haha, i hope so, too. But that doesn't change the fact that they're both at fault here.

thats in soho off prince st and mercer st. i was in ny for a couple months and saw that car there almost everyday.. he also has a coupe i think.. no idea who he is though
