It's the proves that he was acting in bad faith since the beginning of the situation...
But the guy did wrong, should have waited and accepted the accept the ticket and not trying to start the car...
Who will pay the 458 damange? The Cop? Maybe he needs the money for that!

After several views of the video I don´t think the car ever gets on top of his shoe, in that case with the movement of the car it would be left on top of the shoe and captured by a Precious Ferrari tire, that poor policeman is pure Bullshit.

I dont know about the guy driving off and if he can or cannot BUT the officer is full of it!!! Being around different tracks, pits and rally courses I have had cars drive over my foot (more than I care to remember)... unless the ankle was forced there is no why the driver cause that limp
