the Seb is grrrrrreat in those pix, really pops and i can imagine it even BETTER irl. however, Ti case + LE pricing = no no for me!
carbon diver vs bumblebee = depends on what you want for the purpose of the watch and how you intend to wear it imho

1. think i read on TZ that it would be released 4th qtr, so we're talking early next yr i THINK at the stores
2. 20C4S is right, price check on TZ is way over 18k.. but may i ask if you checked on TZ or got it from AP themselves?

btw that price, even at 30% off just kills the watch for me Bumble all the way

very, but the BB holds its own extremely well for a yellow accented watch and dare i say is a better deal given the revealed/alleged pricing on the carbon diver
personally wish to see what deal i can get for my panda + cash for a BB

 

Yeah, my 18k was an optimistic number. I truly have expected this watch to be well over 20k. The carbon and the ceramic will drive the price up considerably.

 

Indeed the BB is a better deal compared to the divers pricing

yeah the reason i was wishing it was 18k because that's a "psychological" barrier for me since it converts to KD5,000 .. love the design, not taking away anything from it, but personally i wouldn't spend more than that for this watch

 

It's great, and much better than the SS version. You don't rock a diver everyday, so it seems like this is a good comprimise to do something different (carbon). Also the yellow accent is nice. It reminds me of the previous generation IWC Auquatimer (although much nicer) that I liked very much. The rubber strap is lackluster - agree with that.

i got the number from my friend. but regardless the 18k predicted price here is not gonna happen. we all know that. like others have said, with carbon & ceramic, nope.

You guys should check out watchprosite, specifically the AP sub-forum. Only problem is there is massive amounts of info on there.
