you ever owned a BB, wanna share thoughts and experiences?

love those watch forums, but HATE their forum layout i just did "flat view" on TZ so it's better now but still, damn, so hard to navigate and not "fun"

 

I agree watchprosite is so annoying with their blogs, forum, and review, etc all in one page. I know you can tweak some things in the control panel, but still very busy. I only view any forum I frequent in flat view.

 

i was just kidding.

no BB for me. many friends have it. i don't particular like it for the following reason:
1. the yellow was too much for me. i picked up the Jarno Trulli instead which i love the color combo much more
2. the yellow stitching on the strap would get dirty easy
3. although i love the hornback, i can never find it comfortable fitting my wrist as it's very hard
4. BB is everywhere. seriously every watch shop i go that carries AP have a BB in stock

i like the new diver for its simplicity. just right amount of yellow to overkill. gotta wait to try it on.

THANK YOU for that, yes i remember your JT and i must say it is an excellent and fine choice. i tried it and loved the Ti pushers, really did a job on the contrast to make up for the brushed/polish finishes of the ss/ss again its LE's pricing kills it for me, and design-wise i could use arabic numerals (love those + roman in a watch) and i wondered how different the whole watch would've been if the chrono subs weren't white. can't imagine a colour that is possibly more 'fitting', but i am dying to see an example
+1 on the hornback, +1 on the strap of the BB which tbh i think doesn't suit it 100%. dude it's creepy you mention that because i spent all last night browsing/bookmarking apbands
as for the last point, totally respect that but i cannot begin to explain how it is NOT the case whatsoever over here (gulf as a whole not just kuwait)

just the singapore f1 strap and the original hornback, i was very specific and adamant i wanted the original; but after seeing this i think it's great for less than half the price - but i have no idea if it has the red underhide
