Just bought a rolex, whats next?

Just bought a rolex, whats next?
do i take it to a rolex retailer for a appraisal? or is the certificate that came with it good enough. bought it used from a none official rolex watch seller, so i have a bit of a concern for it's authenticity.
also the wristband is a bit loose, i suppose i have to bring it to the shop to have it re sized?
sorry for my noobish questions, this is my first expensive timepiece.
