Watches you like but wouldn't buy! .. and why?

I love the Bremont's lately, but I can not warm up to hand choices. Really like the 500 Supermarine, but the hands do not look like dive watch hands. I am not alone on this thought: Watches And Reviews - Bremont Watch Reviews
Bremont might have the best lug design out right now, refreshing.

I admire many of the more expensive watches, but I doubt I'll ever spend even $2k on something that is effectively art. My cell phone keeps perfect time with a signal, and my $75 swatch chronograph keeps time almost as well. Watches just aren't my thing, I guess.
Still, every time I see a Tag Heuer, Omega or Breitling, I gawk. And I really love the Bell & Ross square face that looks like a plane's altimeter.

I agree with your statement though. It's an addiction. I've decided to limit myself to one piece per year and the fact that i'm a cheap ass means i'll stick to it!
I'm not sure what's next, i'd love an RM but they're way overpriced as you've stated.
AP i am over, they've created so many editions i'm bored.
Rolex, got one.
Panerai - they all look the same and i never wear mine.
I love JLC and am starting to like IWC, i think my next piece will come from one of those two brands.

JLC I love, gorgeous and understated, and I think same about IWC.

Ruskie I saw this one in person, the blue dial is not nearly this good looking as it is in this picture. The color is very flat, actually pretty disappointing.

I love this watch, but I'm not sure I would get it either. I could change my mind though. The UN Freak Diavolo
