Lum-Tec Owners Chime In?
Just received my M28.
Is it just me, or is the bracelet absolutely impossible to get in? The two other straps go in with no problem, but I wrestled the tungsten bracelet for over an hour last night and couldn't get it on.
Also noticed two chips on the edge of the bracelet. Not sure if that was from me or if it came that way in the box. Kinda bummed about that, as keeping it looking perfect was one of the reasons I went for a Tungsten.

Well I generally suggest when people order them they ask that they send them with the bracelet installed. It's not hard to get off but putting it on....
Here is what you need to do. Get one side in then with a screwdriver or something else that will fit but will be strong enough.. bend the other side into place. You can also just order some curved spring bars which some have done.

Hmm I guess I'll have to look into the curved spring bars.
I managed to get one side in, but the other is practically impossible. It's off by about the diameter of the spring bar, I don't think there's any way I can force it in.

I have the M27. After 30 minutes of trying to attach the metal band I gave up. I prefer the leather strap anyway. I tried some small tools too (no I didn't call Jox). I have some little screwdrivers and stuff to work on eyeglass frames and watches and that sort of thing.

Some words I never want to hear when I just received a new watch.

I will do that.
edit: anyone have his email address handy?
