I've got two that are beat to hell from summers in the bush, and I don't normally wear them otherwise. They are packed up somewhere in all my shit. Definitely worthwhile having for anyone.

In other G-Shock news, this video came out today. The backflip at the end is probably the biggest ever done on a mountain bike.

edit: just noticed CowTown posted this above as well, but it wasn't imbedded, so i'll leave mine up.

Nothing to do with watches, but that area is so awesome. We went there for our 1st anniversary and rode quads, it's like being on another planet.

I'd love to take a trip out there to ride, but I wouldn't go anything like as big as those guys, gshock or no.

Kept forgetting to take a pic. Here's a shitty one. Very stealthy. Matte black with no shiny bits. Backlight is a nice dark blue, makes it easily seen in low light conditions. But as I've read/heard, the numbers a bit difficult to see without the backlight in darker situations. Overall, a nice oversized, inexpensive, sturdy watch. A-

I bought mine at, get this, Target. Has a blue/clear band and bezel. Did not want to take any of the collection to Belize. First time in country, first time ever diving. I hit a 120 ft, watch was fine and got made fun of that night at dinner for having a "girly watch". Still wear and pound it more than the Explorer II or the NavTimer. Great product.

Thirty two dollars. Awesome!

Anyone have a Frogman? I had no idea they were so frickin expensive (for a Casio).

Love my G-Shock. Got it as a gift and it is a beast. I really enjoy wearing it.

I remember I got one of those as a birthday present when I was a kid. Nobody liked it then

I saw the 'new' watches in the shop and here in The Netherlands you will have to pay 110 - 160 euros to be the owner of a G-shock

I got an awesome dark blue G-Shock for birthday from my parents in ´96 or ´97, can't really remember. Either way I loved it but lost it somewhere a few years later. When I turned 18 I got a Citizen watch which I also lost after a year or so. Then when I turned 20 I got my Tissot which I've managed not to lose so far.

I still often wish I hadn't lost my old G-Shock though, really loved that watch. Cost about 200 Deutsch Mark back then.
