So I left the crown open after winding my watch yesterday (had not worn in a couple of days and it stopped) and then jumped in the shower. I did not notice until I reach into the frozen food freezer at the store and notice the bezel is fogged from the inside.
So I go home and take off the watch, and place it on the counter next to a running hair dryer... walk off to get some thing to drink as my nerves were shot... and get caught up in something only to return a few minutes later with a watch that is A: too hot to touch, B: in three pieces, C: with an owner in full on panic attack.
So, the crystal is off of the watch, the bezel is off the watch and the watch is running with it's hands exposed for all the world to see.
How F'd am I?
I am looking for a Rolex approved shop in Lexington, KY to take it to today. Any advice?

Yonder, thank you very much for the opportunity to fix your watch and the vote of confidence on a sentimental piece and a bigger thank you for the kind words. I really appreciate you taking the time to express it. Means alot to see a happy customer! 
The packaging material is basically just to show that we use all genuine Rolex parts and also so that the customer can see exactly which parts were replaced. All too often I get trade in pieces and the customer says they were just serviced and such and such got replaced with Rolex parts and since we check and service as needed all used inventory that comes in, I'd say at least half do not have the parts changed even though they were billed it and some use aftermarket parts to save money. I've seen $1,000 service invoices where even the gaskets were reused and not replaced which is standard with any minor service.
