So I am an IDIOT and need help with ROLEX

Can anyone actually advise where a autorized repair shop for Rolex is? Name and phone number, or just name...
All my research is telling me that the ones that say they are authorized are not, at least not currently due to a change in business plans by Rolex several years ago...
Thank you, Wilson

Wow, sorry to hear about this. I had a similar experience, but the watch was only worth about 650usd.
It's a tribute brand called Debaufre (used to be steinhart i think). I got their pilot watch submerged in some cold water. I thought everything was cool until the crystal started fogging up. Pulled open the crown and tossed that bad boy in the freezer for about an hour. Took it out, left the crown open and let it sit for a day at room temperature. No signs of moisture or any further fogging. To be sure, I put it back in the freezer for about 20 min and then let it stay on the desk overnight. The moisture evaporated, no problems with movement, no rust. The relative change in temperature allowed the water to evaporate, without subjecting it to high temps. Short of dis-assembly, there's not many options you have.
I did have one problem with it, the crystal caseback became loose and I took it to a watchmaker to seal it again.
