I know...

Just still think he should be buying Condoms and not a 5k watch at 18.
Mine needed service too, but so did my cartier roadster etc. 3 years is def game for a service interval, I always see that as just good maintenance practice for a 10k watch. Kinda like those cup cars...lol (painfully said as transmission is being rebuilt now). And I pretty much only wear the PAM ya. Just dont wear it shooting...

I only asked because only 1 of my 4 pam's has needed service. It is the older but I'm afraid my watchwinders are harder on the watches than possibly just letting them stop and start all the time. I'll go 2 weeks between wearings so I'd always be setting a watch without the winder.

Kid buy condoms instead! Assuming you don't need a fancy watch to attract.

When you find your watch Call Sandy here. She'll give you good pricing and you won't have to pay sales tax

The watch couldn't hurt in attracting some nice young ladies

...but seriously

I just wore it...I dont think watchwinders are that good for watches...I dont think they are bad either but the constant movement has to do something to the movement you know what I mean? Im not a watch tech, but I dont see the harm in having it not move for a week or two and just starting up. Dunno tho...I have had small issues tho with every watch I have ever owned timex when I was 10 aside...haha. My breitling was the worst though...spend a year in der schweiz...lol.

I feel like that would be a big waste of money and time. Maybe if I were an old man and retired I would do a trip like that, but not at my youthful age

WTF? Seriously? Youth is the time to travel, before commitments etc etc.
Obviously you've never traveled to Europe. If you did a trip like that I am positive you'd change your mind about spending the money on a watch and spend it on more traveling.

But then again I've never been to Iowa so what do I know

I can honestly say I have never been outside of the country. I have never had much interest in doing so, but it is something I may one day do. And for a trip to Geneva, I just don't have the time to do something like that.
