should we be impressed with their movements, history, branding?
all i notice are the showroom prices locally and i don't bother to ask for real-intent-of-purchase discount because i'm always turned off

i remember loving yours when you first got it and i love it more everytime you post it up! amazing how much range you got mate all top notch

 

at least you have a showroom to try them on

 

actually Mark when i was writing that post i was wondering where i've seen them last! there was a Porsche Design store in the biggest mall here that mostly sold the top line Adidas stuff along with carbon fibre accessories. i remember seeing some PD watches there as well and being turned off by the prices. honestly i can't remember if that store is still there but 80% it isn't! so i'm trying to squeeze my memory to remember who holds them right now could be the porsche dealer

btw this kind of thing is always exclusive down here for example you can only have ONE, SOLE distributor for AP, Rolex, IWC, or even Mercedes, Ferrari, Porsche.. etc ..

I've definitely have never seen a PD in the flesh. I know that one of those pieces he posted was 70k or something when I originally called about one. I've no clue if his is close to that. Gray's style in watch purchasing tells me no way.

My memory was off a little on the piece I had called about. I just laughed at that price as well. $150k MSRP $80k asking so I wasn't that far off.
