I like the Senator 70 as well and have posted it here somewhere before, but Axman completely dissed me saying it was fugly I'm not sure if I prefer the blue or anthracite dial.

The story behind this 170 year old German brand is very cool and build quality is outstanding to say the least...
Yes, some of their pieces are a little over the edge but the "70" and "60" are two great pieces... they may look too simple to the untrained eye but the more you learn about classic old piece the more you will appreciate this brand...

My wife bought me a senator by glashutte for christmas. It was too close to my others so I returned it. I have always liked the brand. I don't like bracelets though.

You have to wear it on Leap Day. I just wish I would be up at midnight for the change lol
