How about Bell&Ross? Those are great, and you can def find some in that price range. Also the Cartier Must21 Chrono is fairly inexpensive, and you can find a used Cartier Santos with a Rubber strap for that price.

I agree with Hernando's suggestion of the B&R... That's what I'd buy for the money no questions asked.

If I was looking for cheaper I'd get a Welder.

Definitely not interested in a Bell and Ross. The Breitling is a definite option, but I kind of want something a little more limited. I'm also not looking to pick up another tag, one's enough.
