Canyon Ranch Miami

Marc gave some great recommendations. Miami has really stepped up their food game in the past couple years. +1 on Makoto at BHS and Zuma. Prime 112 for steak. Philippe for "Chinese". Michael's Genuine is one of my overall favorites in the city.. closest thing you will find in Miami to a typical Contemporary American NYC restaurant. If you ever head up to Ft. Lauderdale try the meatballs at Martorano's.

Thanks guys for all of the great suggestions. We ended up at Sushi Samba Sat nite, wife wanted sushi in south beach, my meal was awesome but wifeys was just ok, we were really toasted so it didint matter Def a scene not quite what I was after but wifey was happy. We did La Goulue at BHS on sunday for lunch on way out. Now THAT was a freakin scene and a half! Excellent call Marc.

It's the true definition of a "Hole in the Wall" but the food is amazing and just a really good vibe -
