DIM SUM!
I grew up in Rowland Heights. Been around it all my life. If you're ever in the area, go check out New Capital. It's pretty much the place to be in the mornings on the weekends. I ate at it a lot while growing up, and if I'm back in the area visiting my parents, we pretty much will always go there (unless my grandmother is with me, as the elevator has been broken for like 2 months and it isn't wheelchair accessible without it). Past that, my favorite is Sea Harbour Seafood over on Rosemead - a friend of mine who dined at Urasawa found out that Hiro himself also likes to eat there (not necessarily for Dim Sum, just in general) when he asked for restaurant recommendations. I've gone there plenty of times with my extended family, as well as with my dad and his friends. It has never disappointed. Get there early though, as the wait can be intense if you don't.
I miss Dim Sum. The last time I had it was...on Saturday.
