The Secret Handshake Thai Dish

So a few days ago I had this. And yes, I ordered it in Thai.

Every self respecting Thai restaurant has it, even if it's not on the menu.

And of course, this is what really gives it a kick. Little green Thai chilli in fish sauce.

Hey -
I'm teaching in Thailand for the next year or so. What exactly is it? Also, how do you order it?

Ga pow moo sup sai kai dow

Miced pork with basil over rice topped with an over easy fried egg.

The ones you get in Thailand will have these little green chilli already mixed in, so if you can't handle it, you should ask for the generic and non spicy stuff like pork fried rice, etc.
